Do you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide! Enter your address at checkout to see shipping rates to your country. Unless calculated & paid at checkout, international orders are delivered duty unpaid; buyer is responsible for any taxes, import, or custom fees upon delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Please read the product description for production time of each item as each time frame for made to order items is different. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to arrive depending on your location, orders outside of the US may take longer to arrive. Read my shipping policies here.
Will this item be restocked?
Items listed as one of a kind will not be restocked or recreated. Orders for certain sold out made to order items resume periodically, join my mailing list to stay updated on any future drops!
What type of metal is your jewelry made of?
My pieces are available in 14K Yellow Gold, 14K Gold Fill, .925 Sterling Silver or tarnish resistant lacquered Gold/Silver Plated Copper wire. Please read the full product description of each item for details on available metal options.
What’s the difference between 14K Yellow Gold & 14K Gold Filled wire?
14K Yellow Gold Wire is Karat Gold all the way through the wire whereas 14K Gold Filled wire has a layer of karat gold over a base metal core.
How should I care for my jewelry?
As each piece is handmade, they should always be handled with care. You should never sleep with your jewelry on to avoid squeezing or bending it. Allow your perfumes or lotions to dry completely before wear & remove your jewelry before swimming or exercising. Jewelry made with 14KGF or .925 Sterling provides water & tarnish resistance, but for best care should always be stored & kept dry. Jewelry NOT made of 14KGF or .925 Sterling should NOT be exposed to moisture of any kind. Remove any buildup of skin oils on your jewelry items, especially nose jewelry, with a soft microfiber cloth occasionally to keep your jewelry clean & shiny. Will your rings turn my fingers green?
No! Pieces from my Eternity & Forever Collections are made with your choice of 14K Yellow Gold, 14K Gold Fill or .925 Sterling Silver wire! They are tarnish resistant & will last up to 30 years with proper care & cleaning! Basic wire wrapped rings made of either Gold or Silver-Plated copper wire are coated with a clear lacquer to prevent tarnishing & improve longevity. Any build up can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth.
What’s my ring size?
If you need help finding your ring size to place an order, please use my Ring Size Measurement Guide. No refunds will be issued due to customer providing incorrect ring size.
Do you accept repairs?
Yes! I will happily complete repairs on any 14K Yellow Gold, 14K Gold Filled, .925 Sterling pieces & any Astraea necklace if they are salvageable. If your Forever or Eternity item is damaged, please reach out to me as soon as possible via the contact page including your order number for more information on repairs/rewrapping cost if unrepairable.
