Refund policy

 

Commissions, jewelry items, tips, and any handmade items are NOT refundable. All sales are FINAL. No exceptions. 

As everything is handmade, all sales are final and returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted. Please thoroughly review the item description before completing your purchase. As all jewelry items and resin pieces are handmade please allow for slight imperfections.

No refunds will be issued due to customer providing incorrect ring size or providing an incorrect shipping address.

No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced while in transit, or for any orders marked "delivered" by the carrier. 

A replacement item will be given (if available) for any item that arrives damaged/defective and for any prints that arrived bent if you contact me with a photo of the damage within 3 days of your item being delivered.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping when sending in an item for repair/cleaning.

I will happily complete repairs on any 14K Yellow Gold, 14K Gold Filled, .925 Sterling pieces & any Astraea necklace if they are salvageable. If your Forever or Eternity item is damaged, please reach out to me as soon as possible via the contact page including your order number for more information on repairs/rewrapping cost if unrepairable.
