Shipping policy

Free Shipping on US orders of $115+ USD or Free International Shipping on orders of $150+ USD♡

Please allow 1-10 business days for me to process and ship your order depending upon its nature, I do not rush orders, please read product description for production time of each item as everything is handcrafted & made to order. 

Allow 7-45 days for any jewelry commission, pre-ordered or made to order item to be completed depending upon the detail and complexity of the piece. Please read the description of the item you are ordering for full details on production time.

Tracking is provided for all items except for stickers & small prints which will be sent in an envelope with regular postage. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. Allow 1-2 weeks for all orders to arrive once shipped depending on your location. A signature will be required upon delivery for select made to order items & one of a kind pieces. If you place multiple orders in a 7 day period or less, I will refund any excess shipping fee & they will be shipped together once all made to order items are completed.

No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced while in transit, or for any orders marked "delivered" by the carrier. Unless calculated & paid at checkout, International orders are delivered duty unpaid meaning; buyer is responsible for any taxes, import, or custom fees upon delivery. I am not responsible for the package once it has shipped.
